When will my order be processed and shipped?

For all orders placed Monday-Friday before 9 AM MT, we process your order that day, excluding holidays / weekends. All orders received after 9 AM will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 9 AM EST are processed on the following Monday.

How will my package be shipped, and what does it cost?

We ship all orders via USPS. We are therefore able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped via First Class USPS and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the time your order has been placed. Shipping time depends upon the delivery location.

Orders shipped Priority Mail USPS, will arrive 2-4 days inside the continental US.

Orders qualifying for free shipping (over $50 dollars), will be shipped either First Class or Priority mail, depending on weight.  Orders over 1 lb are shipped Priority mail. In order to receive free shipping over $50, your final order total must be $50 or above, even after discounts are applied.

Free samples, shipped with a free shipping coupon are sent letter rates.  They do not contain tracking and take up to 2 weeks to arrive inside the US.

Do you ship internationally? 

We offer international shipping with a flat rate to Canada for $21 dollars, discounted from $27 dollars.

This current offer allows for a padded flat rate sent USPS Priority Mail.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view your package’s delivery status.

Tracking packages

If packages are lost or missing, please first check your tracking number to see where the package is located.  While we do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or any other carrier complication. Please make sure to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.

Wrong address?

If your address is outdated or an undeliverable address has been given at the time of checkout, we will redeliver your package with an additional shipping charge.  If you know before we have shipped, you can email us and we will try to catch it and make the correction.

Return and exchange information

Returns will be accepted on orders within 2 months of purchase date.  They must be unused and unopened.   Refunds are given upon receipt.

We do not allow trades or trade-ins.  Items purchased on sale, cannot be returned.

If you have a problem with your order, we should know immediately.  Issues from orders not recent, cannot be solved or corrected.
