When will my order be processed and shipped?

We ship once we receive payment. That order goes from ON HOLD to PROCESSING, which is done typically within 12 hours of receiving payment. If we can ship your package the same day we receive payment- WE DO!  We also try to ship on Saturday as well, since check/money ordering receiving can slow the delivery time down.

How will my package be shipped, and what does it cost?

We ship all orders via USPS. We are therefore able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped via First Class USPS/ USPS Ground and will arrive within 3-5  business days from the time your order has been placed. Shipping time depends upon the delivery location.

Orders shipped Priority Mail USPS, will arrive 2-4 days inside the continental US.

If your order is over 1lb, it typically goes to Priority Mail, depending on your location vs ours.  Packages shipped to California usually go Priority Mail.

We ship flat rate or have local pick up.  

Local pick up is for locals only, who drive by and visit us.

Our flat rate is subject to change.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view your package’s delivery status.

Tracking packages

If packages are lost or missing, please first check your tracking number to see where the package is located.  While we do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or any other carrier complication. Please make sure to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.

Wrong address?

If your address is outdated or an undeliverable address has been given at the time of checkout, we will redeliver your package with an additional shipping charge.  If you know before we have shipped, you can email us and we will try to catch it and make the correction.
