It’s been a long time since we sent a newsletter or gave any updates on anything!  In 2020, we left Colorado and moved to rural Tennessee. We had experienced something so tragic that even family members didn’t believe us (more on that later).  In typical Frau Fowler fashion, we got tough about it and moved into a building we own, we remodeled it and then just had to take a break!

Only PMA members are receiving this email, so I am more at liberty to speak candidly on a few topics and the “on goings” here with our association members.  I will not be writing many of these; but will time to time, when the need arises!

Product News

The freedom I have to create NEW products has been exciting and revitalizing for me.  Our business is structured so that we can make the kind of products that are really GOOD for people.  Here is what is on the upcoming roster:

  • Deodorant – using bamboo roasted salt!
  • Oil Pulling- in toothpowder flavors!
  • Tooth & Gum Oil for serious problems
  • Turkey Tail Coffee/ Sage Tea
  • Soaps- body
  • Shampoo bars/ conditioner bars (special ingredients for highlights, dryness, etc.)
  • Pain /Inflammation Remedies with solvent- topical
  • CBD & CBD Full Spectrum mints (and possibly)extracts
  • Bug Bite Remedies (kills pathology, takes sting out)
  • German Herbal Tonic – a panacea product that is fermented, highly absorbable, good for everything!
  • Other remedies: teas, tonics, tinctures, iodine, etc.
  • Historically good preparations that disappeared from shelves because they were just too good.
  • Massage oil- “treatment” in a bottle, with herbal infused oil
  • Men’s soap & aftershave with skin care herbs in bay rum smells (from real bay rum)
  • Perfect crème (simple, highly effective, good for everyone)

In 6-9 weeks we are looking at having half of these products completed. Some products R & D is already done. Some products are just awaiting packaging. New equipment arrives here next month for soaps and deodorant.

We look forward to serving you in a capacity that we could not before!  We thank you for the support while we transitioned into this newer way of living, thinking and working!

The Red Shed

We are opening a store here in Signal Mountain, Tennessee!  Our store will carry our products AND PMA members can sell approved items through the store.

We are focusing on high quality foods from local farmers, and if someone is just good at growing “great tomatoes” and has extra, they can sell them!

We are doing this as a community builder. To support local food systems that need to TAKE THEIR POWER BACK FROM BIG GROCERY & BIG BRANDS, all owned by BIG BANKS.

As a food scientist, what is called food these days is disturbing. The amounts of fillers (bio-engineered ingredients) that are going into foods for preservation and/or for financial gain is just evil, not to mention the 3 letter agencies who control the agenda for these very same banks. (Follow the money if anyone disagrees.)

Certified Organic now allows for the fungicide gassing of “fresh vegetables.” Certified QAI at Whole Foods has been reported on; produce comes from China “a little too often.”

Meanwhile in the land of the “free”, an acquaintance of mine was held at gunpoint bringing raw milk into another state, when her child was sick. When is enough is enough?

The concept is simple and should our PMA members want to COPY the concept, I’d be more than happy to share it as we take steps in the right direction. Frau Fowler could be sold in “red sheds” across the country.

My mother, who is 78,  has been saving heirloom seeds  to sell in the red shed and is reinventing herself! She is looking forward to working the shed on Saturdays.  Her seeds are called Arden’s Garden. It has a picture of her big fat cat named McNealy, squishing down some tulips, on her logo.

Some of the products going into the shed from Frau Fowler:  pepper sauces, continuous loop kombucha, continuous loop wines and ciders, made from all local ingredients. Just bring your half gallon jug and fill up!

more to come!

Greenhouse

We built a 2,000 square foot greenhouse these past two years. We bought a hop tunnel kit and then realized that we could build something more colorful and fun, if we just made it from scratch, so we did.

The greenhouse is where we are doing some R&D on plant material for future Frau Fowler products. We are growing a lot of exotic tropical fruit (like Soursop and Jackfruit), to be used in some of our products, but also to sell as extra fruit in our store.

It just so happens to be the best place to hang out in the winter! We joke about having winter nudey days- leave a sign on the door that says NAKED and READING.

If we stayed in Colorado, we probably would have started looking into building greenhouses underground (you dig down about 4 feet) and literally grow citrus in very harsh/cold regions.  It’s just an idea to pass on for anyone who wants a more relaxed, down to earth lifestyle.

We have gotten so much pleasure out of growing, harvesting and tending to the plants. I cannot imagine life without it now.

Now that the weather is getting colder, we have many plants that are starting to bloom inside!  Fruit will be ripe in March!  We have a Loquat that is blooming now and smells like Creme Burlee (my favorite dessert).

We also built a mega electroculture antenna, with copper wires going down into all of the beds to “energize” the soil. This concept was something that was fairly censored through the last 100 years. People apparently grew MONSTER veggies and had prolific crops due to laying copper lines (north to south) under the ground and connecting them to antennas with connected the the ETHER (not air).   I can say this so far: when the lines went in, we had 2-3 feet in growth on very small fruit trees within about 45 days during the hottest part of the summer (usually the most stressful on the plants).

I have a friend, who was an officer at the Pentagon, tell me about radionics, which was a reminder to me, as I wrote a book on curing autoimmune disease and wrote briefly on it many years ago. She sent me a link to a farmer in Utah who supplies stores with vegetables.  I started using her program to “talk” to the plants and found that I could use dowsing rods/ “witchers” and could have actual conversations with the plants.  They get attitudes and everything.

It’s been an incredible plant journey.

I love every minute of it.

For people who want a TESLA, but don’t want to FRY their private parts while sitting on top of outrageously high EMF producing lithium batteries, you will get so many more LIKES and STARES! Yay!
