McDonald’s being a corporation. What does it mean and how does it fit into our life and our society? Incorporation is a legal term! A corpus is a body or structure. It is a contract with the government and falls under the government in hierarchy. It can function like a person with rights to exist beyond boundaries. In commentaries of American Law, James Kent stated that in commercial law: a corporation can only have dealings with another corporation.

Commercial law and contract law is a Maritime Law, is the Authority over Commercial dealings. Now what if I told you that you have a corporation in your name that allows you to engage in commercial affairs? Has anybody every told you this? That raises some big questions! Namely can you ensure fairness if you don’t have knowledge to protect your interests? In the Constitution it said the government cannot infringe on your right to contract and that we can contract or not contract with whomever we want.  Did you know that you are in many contracts and probably participant in many today?

This incorporation you possess was started at the hospital when you were born. Your parent wrote out your name in normal fashion and got back an instrument on bond paper with a registration number and your name was spelled out in all capital letters. In fact ever time you bank, you use state identification which they ask for, with your name written out in ALL CAPS. This is because all capital name is the corporate to corporate intersection that James Kent was speaking on in the 1880’s. Did people know that this was taking place at that time? Damn right. Did commercial transaction rule over the planet back then? Yes, in some ways, but no in others.

Corporate citizenship per Black’s Law 5th Edition says, corporate status in the state of incorporation is the status that I spoke about in the previous paragraph, you are contracting as an agent of the corporation in your name. Corporations and laws of agency are not natural law, which give you unalienable rights. They are inverse of natural law consent to jurisdiction is all they need from you to waive your rights.

I try to educate people on this subject because everyday now I see on the internet (which is corporate contracting), people are dumbfounded of how little control we have, and that our rights only exist in theory!  This is because in commercial law you are PROPERTY.

You are dealing with PIRATES, PRIVATEERS, MERCHANTS like JEW (BLUE) MASONS and (RED) FREEMASON police and judges. Bar Attorneys are the official MARAUDERS and ARMADAS. Not to mention the biggest corporation called The United States /The British Empire, /The Crown Corporation (also know as the Vatican, the first corporation in existence) and others. They are the same entity of control.

I hope you are still following this, because every enabling act that founded America and gave us unalienable rights are suspended when you engage in this behemoth opponent called commerce.

If you learn to captain your vessel on the high seas of Maritime Law which is not the law of We, The People, then you can know when and when not to be out on the sea when there’s a nor’easter bearing down on Nantucket, if you catch my drift.

We, The People have to understand that we ARE THE AUTHORITY in our own life! The people you see on the news, the White House Inc. are agents to a faceless for profit entity that is doing there part to reach the pinnacle of there plans for a (NEW) WORLD ORDER. Who is the New World Order?

Let’s see if you can follow the breadcrumbs of history if you can find them…I’ve already told you the biggest piece. Corporations are corporate law to steal our HUMANITY and to CONTRACT us into DEBT SLAVERY. There is a trail that speaks volumes on this in our history and most recently in the history of the United States of American and in it’s law!

We’ve all been lied to and a contract WITHOUT DISCLOSURE IS FRAUD. Fraud eviscerates the contract. Ask for more proof and you shall have it.

Quit allowing this digital world lead you through the nose with its algorithm and AI answers and solutions. WAKE UP AMERICAN and DEFEND yourself. When you defend your rights, you are defending the rights of everyone.

Do not participate in your own destruction with Google, Meta, X, Microsoft, Amazon and iPhone!

Make things. Buy local. Be critical of your relationships and have some standards because all of this social contagious hive mind is for the sheep. While it seems good, the end game is not good for anyone. Remember, these are the same people who put cages on the heads of men in the 1700-1800s.

Be the one to navigate your vessel. Do not sign contracts with corporations that are unilateral, meaning only benefits them.

You’re thinking, sounds like a fight is coming… Damn right. All this chaos is not normal and don’t let anyone tell you that its always been this way. When you learn what is really going on and ask to know more, you shed your beliefs and attachments AUTOMATICALLY.

Commercial law was written into the Constitution under Equity, Maritime Admiralty. IT is a federal power to ensure strength in trade and control the shipping waters of our national boundaries. This was NOT supposed to rule us. We have natural common law with unalienable rights, where we can all defend ourselves in court and have our peers judge us. Statutory civil law / municipal policy, are to control contracted citizens and doesn’t care about your rights. It’s Communism/ Collectivism- get it?

Good news is that common law and our authority exists, we just have to be brave and use it. Will this help you see that this system exists, and nobody on either party, bar attorneys or law enforcement tell you the truth? What this means is that they aren’t on your side and are NOT here to help you.

This all matters. Billions of people have died to give you rights and dominion over your life. We have to make sacrifices and make hard choices. The New World Order IS THE CORPORATIONS, like McDonald’s (in every country, ruining the culture of other people), which just so happens to include RELIGION and government. Until you understand, your rights are only a fictional corporate identity’s rights.

Your participation is the FUEL for all of this IMPERIALISM, COLONIALISM, COMMUNISM. It’s historically synonymous. Anyone telling you otherwise, is keeping truth from you, which is in their benefit.

By joining our PMA and by ours, I mean every member forms the unincorporated body- unincorporated being real MAN and WOMAN (contracting outside of commercial jurisdiction in common man’s law and cannot be infringed on by government). This may be the first time for most people to use their power and awaken the common law from its slumber. It takes some bravery from all.
