    I use mouth medic tooth pow Eder every day. These are way more cinnamon and I would say spicy. Too spicy for me to use at a “mint”. So I dissolve one table in water and use as a mouth rinse. The mouth medic tooth powder is perfect and not “spicy” at all. If you like cinnamon spicy things, you’ll love these!

    These mints are sugar free which means for me that I can pop a few in my mouth after brushing at any time and not worry about carbohydrates as a Type I diabetic, or sugar destroying my teeth or gums, if it happens to be during the night when my throat gets dry. I like the taste best of all the mints, but I like that these mints are actually hard working; they do freshen breath, and more. They provide protection for my teeth, and soothe my scratchy throat like a lozenge, without adding anything I don't want.

    I love the SUR'SE oral care tabs. They are the most refreshing and best tasting mint, oral care tab in one. I use them at night a lot when my mouth gets dry and for a cough sometimes too. I like that they taste yummy, and are healthy for my mouth as opposed to using a cough drop at bedtime. The cinnamon taste is really great.

    I hate to give anything but 5 stars as i love this company. I bought mouth medic, and loved it, so i figured this would be the same flavor. Its not. it taste different i dont know if its the cardamom in it, but it definitely had an almost aftertaste to it. I know this wasn't advertised as mouth medic taste rather as fire. To be clear there is no issue with the product only my expectations and taste buds.
