I love these! I purchased during a very stressful time and I really felt better and sleep more soundly. I hope they can be refreshed and have not looked at the website to see. Not a dealbreaker but I just hate wasting the inhaler…. Will continue to purchase these for sure.

The fragrance itself is very soothing and I feel the effect of it. However the size of this product was much smaller than what I expected to receive. It is a tiny baby finger size rather than what I thought would be like a little bottle that I usually expect essential oil to come in.

I tried it for help getting back to sleep but so far hasn't helped. But then, the prescription Elavil my doctor prescribed hasn't helped either. So maybe it helps others but not me.
